U.S. News - World Report lists Hawaii Pacific University among the top universities in the West

Hawaii Pacific University is ranked among the nation's best colleges and universities, according to the 2006 edition of U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Colleges".

In the universities-master's category, HPU is listed in the top tier of the best of western regional universities, ranked number 57. Schools listed in this category offer a full range of undergraduate programs and provide graduate education at the master's level. HPU is measured against more than 570 peer institutions in their respective categories.
